Authors willing to have their papers considered for poster, platform or online presentation will be required to submit a maximum of 2 A4 pages of text including the title, abstract, keywords and main text and 1 A4 pages for illustrations (i.e. tables, diagrams, graphs, etc).
Extended abstract submission shall be done via the online submission system.

Extended abstract should be uploaded onto the submission system as a Word file and it must follow this template (click to download).
In order to speed up the review process, authors must ensure that their submitted papers are according to the template.
Accepted abstract submitted via the IWA online submission system will be included in the conference proceedings and will be distributed to all registered conference participants (subject to the registration of at least one of the authors for the paper).
Once the outline paper is selected for either poster, platform or online presentation, at least one of the authors must register for the conference (before Early Bird Registration deadline in order to be included in the conference program) and present the paper at the conference.
After the peer-review process, the authors will have the possibility to send their full paper to be published. The highest quality papers will be selected and submitted in the journals.
